March Favourites

I know, I know, this post is a little late for a faves post. This is partly due to us just having Easter, partly due to me having lost my blogging mojo a bit, but it's here now, it's in front of your eyeballs so read on to discover what I really enjoyed during March. (Spoiler: it wasn't the Beast From The East).

Good Things Stay Clear Purifying Cleanser - £4.99

When I first went cruelty free I tried out the Good Things Deep Pore Anti Blemish lotion and Miracle Mattifier moisturiser but I found that they made my skin a little too dry in places, so I'm pleasantly surprised that this cleanser works so well for me. My skin is in the best condition that it's ever been in since switching to a CF beauty routine, I'm currently using the cleanser as part of my night time routine alongside Lush's Tea Tree Toner Water and Superdrug's Naturally Radiant Day Cream (yes I know I said night time routine, I'm such a rebel). I couldn't find any Good Things products on Boots or Superdrugs' website (I picked mine up from TK Maxx) so I think your best bet if you wanna try this out for yourself is to head over to Good Things official website.

The Body Shop Star Stamp Liner - £10

In my February Faves post I mentioned that I was back on the eyeliner bandwagon and that I was using Soap and Glory's Supercat eyeliner pen. WELL, that ran out and I figured that, rather than going out and buying a new one, I would try and use up some other eyeliners that I already own. I reached for this and BLIMEY was I surprised with how easy it is to draw wings with this bad boy. It's not as smooth along the lash line as the Supercat but seeing as I bought this purely for the star stamp on the other end I am not complaining. LOOK HOW CRISP THIS WING IS. LOOK AT IT.

Soz about the rest of my face

Primark Tartan Trousers - £13 (I think)

For those who aren't following me on Instagram and therefore didn't see my story about it (shame on you) I am bloody obsessed with tartan print. Specifically the red kind that you see punk girls wearing in music videos, but I don't discriminate against other tartans either. I saw these on the rails in Primark and I absolutely had to have them. Usually I'm a skinny jean kinda gal, so the fit is taking some getting used to, but they're super duper comfy and I love them.

Walk Like A Panther

I honestly wasn't expecting much from this film,  I really wasn't. In fact, the only reason I actually went to see it in the first place was because I felt obliged because it's about professional wrestling. Turns out it's actually a pretty good film. It made me giggle more than a handful of times and, although I probably won't be buying the DVD, I think it's worth a watch if you're somewhat familiar with World of Sport era British Wrestling.

Song Of The Month

I didn't think there were gonna be any songs that stood out to me this month, then on March 31st I heard this at a wrestling show I attended and it's been stuck in my head ever since. Enjoy!
