September Goals



I know this post is a bit late but it's still within the first week of September so it still counts right?!

My goals for September



1. Keep on top of my blog

In my August faves post I mentioned that it had been my most productive month for blogging so far. I want to try and keep to blogging twice weekly and also improve the imagery that I use on my blog. I just need to take more time to think about what pictures I actually want and make time to take them or create them. I also wanna change the title banner at the top of my page to something a bit more colourful. 

2. Sort my chest out

Basically I landed on my head a while back at wrestling training. Thankfully my head was fine, although the landing caused muscle strain in my neck and chest. About two weeks after the accident I went to the doctor and they referred me for an x ray on my neck, which thankfully showed that everything was fine. My neck has since completely healed, but I still occasionally get pain in my chest when I tense it or if I sneeze or something. It isn't an excruciating pain by any means, but it's not a pain that was there before. I went to see a GP about a week and a half ago about it, and she basically told me there was nothing she could do about it, wouldn't refer me for a scan or anything. The pain isn't subsiding any so I need to go back AGAIN and actually ask for a scan rather than waiting for them to suggest it. 

3. Find a good cruelty free shampoo and conditioner

Since going cruelty free two years ago it's been nigh on impossible to find a shampoo that I'm 100% satisfied with. I've found that all the shampoos that I've tried so far leave my hair looking flat, and I'm beginning to run out of ideas. Maybe it's just me and the way I'm looking at my hair, I don't know. If you have any suggestions for me please leave them in the comments. (As of this post I have picked up Noughty shampoo from Superdrug, but am yet to use it)

4. Get a haircut

Or at the very very least get a fringe cut back in.

5. Amp up the job search

I've kinda slacked on the job hunting front lately and I need to get back into the swing of things. I wanna get out of retail really if I can and get a Mon-Fri 9-5 job. Preferably something that pays me enough to get out of my Mum and Dad's house too. Am I asking too much?
